I found the hotel very centrally located. It was easy to get to the subway station. The convenience store downstairs provided great convenience for late-night snacks. I also found the luggage storage to be very helpful before my flight.

The bathroom had an older tub. I noticed some difficulty keeping water from getting on the floor.

My Premier King Room was quite spacious with very quiet surroundings. The air conditioning control worked effectively. Lightning controls are very intuitive to operate. I appreciated the nice view I had from my room, very picturesque.

The hotel is located near City Hall and Gwanghwamun Stations! I found it very easy to explore the main palaces by foot. Access from the airport was straightforward, with a direct bus that stopped nearby.

The staff was always helpful and attentive! They really tried to accommodate my requests. The front desk provided excellent support with luggage storage, so I appreciated that so much.
